Privacy Policy

Arrow Puzzle: Tap Out Puzzle (Android) · Effective date: 4 October 2026

In short: the game has no account or sign-in. Your progress is saved only on your phone. We do not collect your name, email, phone number or location, and we do not run our own servers. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional purchases through Google Play; those Google services may process some device information as described below.

1. Who we are

"Arrow Puzzle: Tap Out Puzzle" (the "game") is a puzzle game for Android published by an individual developer ("we", "us"). You can contact us at jingalalahu4890@gmail.com.

2. Information we do not collect

No account, registration, name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
No precise or approximate location.
We run no backend: we do not receive or store your game data on our own servers.

3. Information stored on your device

The game stores on your device only: your level progress, stars, in-game currencies (gems, Lumens, hints), purchases you have made (unlocks such as "Remove ads"), settings (language, sound, haptics, reminders, appearance), counters used for features such as the daily streak and the review prompt, and which collectibles you have unlocked. This data stays on your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its storage in Android settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video ads using Google AdMob. When ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and operating-system details, app and ad interaction data, and approximate region, to deliver, measure and secure ads and to prevent fraud. Whether ads are personalised depends on your Google settings and, where required, the consent you give.

Consent: in regions that require it (for example the EEA and UK) the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before requesting ads. You can review or change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy choices when it is available.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Buying the "Remove ads" purchase stops banner and interstitial ads.

5. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google Play tells the game which purchases you own so they can be unlocked and restored.

6. Notifications and in-app review

Reminders are local notifications created on your device (for example a reminder that your next level is waiting). They do not use a server or your personal data. You can turn them off in the game's Settings or in Android settings.
In-app review: after a happy moment the game may ask Google Play to show its rating sheet. The rating is handled entirely by Google Play; we do not receive your identity.

7. Information shared

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed only by the Google services named above (AdMob and Google Play), which act under their own privacy policies.

8. Children

The game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help.

9. Your choices and rights

Delete all game data stored by the game: uninstall it or clear its data in Android settings.
Control ads personalisation: Android settings (Google → Ads) and the game's ad privacy choices.
Control reminders: game Settings or Android notification settings.
Because we hold no personal data about you on our own servers, we have nothing further to access or delete. If you think we do, email us and we will respond.

10. Security

Your game data is kept in the game's private storage on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game changes (for example if we add analytics, cloud save or online features). The effective date above will change and the new version will be published at this address.
